This lovely apartment is set in a brand new resort where everything is up and running. There is a large outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and gym, and plenty of beautiful beaches nearby where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The apartment itself has views of Lake Tuzla from the balcony and roof terrace.
The resort has excellent transport links and puts on minibuses to the beaches as well as to main bus lines so that it is easy to travel around and either change your sunbathing spot or view a few of Turkey's towns and sights. There is a new golf course only 10 minutes down the road, and plenty of markets for buying souvenirs or food for the barbecue on your own terrace.
The Turquoise Coast is a great spot in Turkey for both relaxing on the beach as well as enjoying the beautiful scenery of Turkey. The warm weather and sandy beaches produce the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing break, and in the evening there are vibrant towns such as nearby Bodrum to visit. It is also easy to travel to Fethiye and Kalkan.
Bodrum / Lake Tuzla area There is plenty to do in the area, from jet skiing and sailing to scuba diving, wind surfing and various other water sports. There is a golf club just 5 kms away, or if you are feeling lazier you can relax on the nearest beach which is just 2 kms away. The resort provides minibuses to a good range of beaches so that there is plenty of variety!

Last year we installed mosquito netting throughout so patio doors and windows can be left open for breeze.
Other facilities
Restaurant and bar is open for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. During high season several functions are held i.e. barbecues, floor shows, cabarets and meals around the pool.

Guvercinlik is the first village you meet on the road to Bodrum. It is a beautiful fishing village surrounded by small restaurants, hotels and houses and it is very picturesque – very popular at night for holiday makers and the locals to watch the beautiful sunset.
There are several beaches locally – the site has free shuttle service to the local beach with restaurant and comfortable sun beds with cushions – and a 10 minute car/taxi ride there is "My Beach Club" which is a beautiful beach with gazebos for shade and restaurant with excellent local food – well recommended. Bodrum – the capital town of the area has lots to offer day and night. There is a lot of history – St Peters Castle – Amphitheatre – the Myndos Gate – shopping in Bodrum- carpets, leather, copper and bronze wares, silver and gold, handicrafts and embroidery and the famous Turkish meerschaum and onyx are on many peoples' lists.
